Refund policy

Return:

1. Time limit:
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt.

2. Conditions:
The product must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original, undamaged packaging. (excluding dishes).

3. Return process:

Step 1: Log in to return
Send an e-mail to customer service@tallishop.nl with the subject: 'Retour order'. Please indicate in the mail your order number, which products you want to return and the reason for your return.

Step 2: Pack your return
Pack the products you want to return carefully. Add a note with your order number. This can just be handwritten.
Please note: we can only accept your return if the products are complete and the original product packaging is still in good condition (except the dishes).

Step 3: Send your package
Send the package to the following address:

Step 4: Review of your return
Once we have received your return shipment and the products are in good condition, without damage or traces of use, we will process your return.

Step 5: Repayment
We will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible via the payment method with which you paid. Please note that it may take a few days before the amount is visible on your account.

Is your product defective or do you have a complaint?
